We want to let you know everything you want to know about how we approach painting Toronto Condominiums, our process and a little bit about our painting company. Thanks for taking the time to read.

Q: Will we have to move out?
A: This of course depends on the scale of the job at hand. We generally advise our clients to make arrangements for when the work is actually going on, and usually for a short while after. For example, bedrooms generally require 48 hours in total before they are ready for use.

Q: How long will it take?
A: The amount of time painting your condo will take is dependent on a number of factors including:
- square
footage;
- amount of detail work;
- if there are any repairs required;
- and whether you have chosen our Basic
Service, Premium Service, Ultimate Service, or a Custom Service Package.
In our experience, most condos are finished in less than a
week!

Q:
Will there be fumes? I have allergies.
A:
While both Canada and the U.S. have more recently prohibited the sale and maunfacture of oil-based paint, we have almost never worked in oil paints.
As a Benjamin Moore affiliated company, we offer our
customers a wide variety of paint options including a large array of environmentally friendly options. The Natura line and other BM low-VOC paints have far less odour and the lowest amount of environmental impact.

Are you insured?
A:
Yes. As a responsible business, we carry
a minimum of $2 million in liability insurance while beautifying your
condo.

We have new floors. Will they be protected?
A:
Protecting the beauty of your home is something we take very seriously. We always employ thick paper sheathing to fully protect the floors in your home, whether they're carpeted, tiled or brand new hardwood floors. Click HERE for more information on "Our Method."
